  • GWLinens products are covered a 30 day money back guarantee excluding shipping and a 30 day exchange policy excluding shipping.
  • We don not accept any return after 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  • GWLinens products returned must be in NEW and Unused condition.
  • All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • If your items are being returned as the result of a GWLinens error, Please contact us before returning the items. We may send a replacement without requiring return.
  • Please include your order information in your return package, and keep the tracking information for record.

What if I received the wrong or damaged items?

  • Email us immediately at sales@gwlinens.com. Include your order number and write a brief explanation.
  • We will send you the correct items or replace the damaged one. Shipping will also be covered by our company

Where should I send items I am returning or exchanging?

  • Your package should be addressed to: Returns Department, 2068 Walsh Ave Suite A, Santa Clara, CA 95050.

What form will my refund take?

  • All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate and transmit it to the email address provided when the order was placed, or to issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

What if my return is lost in the mail?

  • No refunds will be issued for items not received by our returns department - we recommend you use a traceable ship method to insure successful delivery.
